| RN Full time LifePath PCA Program No nights and no weekends! LifePath provides support services to elders and people with disabilities. Currently seeking a full time community nurse for the PCA program. Per diem RN opportunities in Athol, Orange, Gardner and surrounding Wachusett area. This position works as part of an interdisciplinary and cross functional team member.. The ideal candidate will have: * Communication skills *Interpersonal skills * Collaborative & independent work style * Strong work ethic * Assessment/evaluation skills * Advanced Computer proficiency * Attention to detail * Time Management & Prioritizing skills Current Massachusetts RN license with experience in gerontological nursing or relevant nursing field. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout service area.
