Housing Coordinator- Full Time

A full time opportunity based in Greenfield, for a positive self starter to join a wonderful organization and make a lasting contribution to the community through your work. The Housing Coordinator manages service and care provision for residents in Congregate and Supportive Housing sites. Responsibilities include recruitment and assessment of applicants, community outreach, service planning and coordination, provision of direct individual and group services, and development of congregate "community".

The ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service related field with a minimum of two years experience working with elders, individuals with disabilities or caregivers preferred. Must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of an interdisciplinary team and have the ability to problem solve and provide resource and referral options to residents. A valid driver's license and insured automobile in good working condition and a willingness to travel is required. Ability to visit with consumers in their own home. M-F 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with availability to work in the event of an emergency during off hours.
