Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the IT Systems Technician I at Behavioral Health Network! The IT Systems Technician I provides front line IT service to users by managing changes to their access and permissions, employing IT equipment, and assisting and analyzing regular compliance audits of permissions. They respond to incoming calls and Helpdesk tickets to provide troubleshooting and resolve user issues and requests. Additionally, the IT Systems Technician I works with vendors to help configure the printer and copier fleet and oversees supplies and issues. The Systems Technician I uses deployment systems to manage assets, create machine images, and test application deployment. They receive guidance and feedback from other team members and occasionally travel for offsite support, trainings, or large IT projects.

Requirements:
The IT Systems Technician I at Behavioral Health Network has the following qualities:
•Customer-service focused.
•1-2 years of first-tier help desk experience.
•Associates of Arts in Computer Science or Managed Information Systems.
•Highly skilled in PC and related systems troubleshooting.
•Demonstrative knowledge of PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
•Knowledge of Windows 7+, MacOS, Apple iOS, Remote Desktop, Active Directory Microsoft Office, and Exchange
•Comp TIA A+ certification (preferred).
•Strong sense of urgency and driven to achieve results.
•Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
•Ability to conduct independent research into issues and solutions.
•Proven strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to effectively prioritize operational tasks.
•Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
•Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
