Eureka! Program Facilitators
June 17 to August 9, 2019

Girls Inc. of Holyoke is accepting resumes for seasonal Eureka! Program Facilitator positions. Applicants should be passionate about education, college accessibility and inspiring girls’ interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) careers and futures. Eureka! Program Facilitators facilitate the nationally-recognized Eureka! program, a college and career-readiness STEM education program in partnership with the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Bay Path University. Our Eureka scholars are 8th through 12th grade girls, many of whom are first generation college students, curious and creative about STEM.

Program Facilitators who work with Eureka! can expect a fast-paced and transformative summer experience working alongside Girls Inc. directors, as well as UMass and Bay Path professors, to lead an inspiring group of teens, beginning in Holyoke and concluding on a college campus.
Requirements:
Applicants with First Aid, CPR and/or Lifeguard certifications are encouraged to apply. High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a summer program or out-of-school environment. Valid Driver’s License required. Driver credentialing and CORI checks required. Qualified Section 3 residents are encouraged to apply. EOE
