Description:
Autism Specialist
Pioneer Valley Area
Flexible Schedule

We are looking for creative, high energy team members who are passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives. If you’re someone who sees the potential in each person you meet, and your idea of a good day at work includes plenty of playtime and travel, we should talk. As an autism specialist, you will:

• Be part of a cool, multi-disciplinary team of professionals
• Provide intensive home-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Work throughout Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden Counties, and the North Quabbin area

You have some previous experience working with children, and hold a bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or its equivalent) in Early Childhood, Special Education, or a related field. It would be great if you’re already familiar with the DIR/Floortime model, which is the basis of our hands-on work in the home. You connect easily with all kinds of people, are physically able to perform CPR, and since you’ll be covering a lot of territory on any given day, you also have a driver’s license and a car.

The pay range for this position is $11-15/hr., depending on experience, and you can choose to work between 15-40 hours per week. Interested?
