As an autism specialist, you will: • Be part of a cool, multi-disciplinary team of professionals • Provide intensive home-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder • Work throughout Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden Counties, and the North Quabbin area You have some previous experience working with children, and hold a bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or its equivalent) in Early Childhood, Special Education, or a related field. It would be great if you’re already familiar with the DIR/Floortime model, which is the basis of our hands-on work in the home. You connect easily with all kinds of people, are physically able to perform CPR, and since you’ll be covering a lot of territory on any given day, you also have a driver’s license and a car.
