Description:
Program Manager position available in Easthampton, Ma. This location has five individuals with varied medical, developmental, and psychiatric disabilities. Pathlight is looking for an experienced manager to oversee this program. This Program Manager receives support for a full time nurse in addition to direct care staff.

40 Hours EXEMPT Flexible plus on call rotation

Summary of position: Responsible for the management /coordination of on-going operations for assigned program(s) or area(s) through supports for individuals / families with a range of disabilities through direct or indirect care established to ensure the attainment of service plans within Pathlight, external agencies and assigned program's policies, regulations and procedures.
Manager III is the next professional level position in line management with discretion and independent judgment in the making of decisions regarding assigned program procedures within applicable policies. The position is typically given more responsibility for sites/individuals/families/care providers or program elements than level II and may effectively participate in the longer term planning relating to assigned program goals and objectives.

Requirements:
Broad knowledge of a related discipline such as social sciences, human services or business administration involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4 year college education. Over 3 years and including 5 years of progressive learning experience including demonstrated supervisory experience. Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation/vehicle is required.
