$3,000 Sign-On for Month of August Only!

Great Schedule - Mon-Fri 8a-4p 40 hours/week

The RN Case Manager will serve as primary contact person and coordinator of medical supports for all assigned individuals living in our residential sites
• Provide staff training and support as needed
• Perform heath care assessments and develop written health care plans
• Consult with program staff on specific medical interventions, techniques and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse license with at least one year experience.
Some experience with people with developmental challenges preferred.
