This position will collaborate with partner agencies (Community Health Center of Franklin County and Greenfield clinic of the Center for Human Development) providing core services to youth, ages 14 – 24, living in Franklin County and the North Quabbin region. The partnership focuses on those youths who have been marginalized or excluded within systems of care, including those who have experienced complex trauma and/or poverty, and/or are LGBTQ and/or youth of color. Assist in building community-clinical linkages and systems of care that are open to all, as well as fully responsive to those who experience health disparities. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and safe driver’s record. $19.34-$20.52 per hour; part time 20 hours per week and excellent benefits.
