At BHN’s Carson Center for Children and Youth in Westfield, MA, Outpatient Clinicians have a significant impact on the lives of people in Westfield and surrounding communities by providing high-quality direct outpatient services in a vibrant, collaborative setting. The CCY provides a wide range of therapeutic and consultative services to children, adolescents, and their families in the Westfield area. CCY partners with schools, preschools, health providers, housing agencies and others in the region to wrap services around families in need. The Carson Center provides intervention and support services that manage psychiatric symptoms in the community. Carson Center provides transitional residential support to individuals in the Westfield area. Requirements: Outpatient Clinicians at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities: Broad knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence treatment techniques. Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems. Experience providing clinical services with children, adolescents, and adults required. Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT) or actively working towards a license. Minimum of a Master’s degree in a mental health field.
