Hours of coverage needed: Monday - Friday 11-7 or 12-8 pm Perform a variety of home and/or community based direct care duties to support individuals with complex developmental disabilities and to promote their dignity, safety, health, welfare, rights, development and social inclusion; provide transportation to individuals.$13.35 per hour. Essential job functions are; record keeping, social/recreational activities, reporting, mentoring, fulfilling tasks related to support plan, attend meetings and may include some minimal personal care. Requirements: Valid driver's license, willing to undergo driving record request and CORI. At least 1+ years of related experience working with people with disabilities. A high school degree or equivalent.
