Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an Administrative Support Staff at the One Care program at Behavioral Health Network! Administrative Support Staff are critical members of a well-run office environment! As an Administrative Support Staff, you will be able to interact with a wide variety of individuals including clients, staff, and the general public. Using your organizational skills and ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks, Administrative Support Staff provide support for clinical activities and provide back up to the Intake Coordinator when needed. In addition, Administrative Support Staff are dependable and efficient as they perform general tasks such as checking in and scheduling individuals, processing paperwork, answering phones, and performing other tasks as requested.

Through the coordination and integration of care, One Care assists adults ages 21-64 with medical, behavioral health, or substance abuse concerns in navigating the health care system and improving their health outcomes. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. Requirements:
Administrative Support Staff at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

Basic computer skills.
Good communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems.
Minimum of 6 months of related office experience (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.

Motor Vehicle Records: provides a report on an individual's driving history in the state requested. This search will be run when driving is an essential requirement of the position.

Substance Abuse Testing: positions embedded with these specific healthcare organizations are subject to a pre-employment substance abuse test, which includes the testing for the consumption of THC (Marijuana)
