Description:
The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and licensed Full-time School Counselor/Clinician to join HEC Academy in Northampton, MA. HEC Academy is a special education day school setting which serves students with social/emotional/behavioral challenges and learning disabilities. The clinician will provide a full range of therapeutic and psychoeducational services, as well as behavioral interventions and supports in both group and 1:1 formats throughout the school day. Our ideal candidate will be creative and flexible with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary school team to meet the complex social, emotional, behavioral, and learning needs of our students, and have a passion for and commitment to working with youth placed at risk. In addition, the individual will demonstrate an investment in, and dedication to, principles of social justice and equity and diversity and inclusion.
