SUMMARY:
The Cider Donut Maker is a position for someone who enjoys working in a retail kitchen.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
-Ability to operate donut robot
-Accurately mix cider donut batter
-Fry cider donuts with consistency
-Coat cider donuts with sugar/cinnamon mixture
-Accurately blend sugar/cinnamon mixture
-Thoroughly clean work station
-Thoroughly clean equipment & tools
KEY JOB DUTIES (not exhaustive)
-Maintain regular and prompt attendance at worksite
-Perform other duties as assigned
-Mixing batter and dough
-Frying donuts
-Filling orders
-Multitasking
-Cleaning
-Working independently
-Scaling
-Measuring ingredients |

Experience using a deep fryer and industrial size mixers & food handling experience
Work Schedule: Weekdays, weekend & holiday availability expected. 2 shifts 4am-8am
