Description: | Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with excellent customer service, multi-tasking and data management skills?
Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Quality Assistant in the Integrated Care Program at Behavioral Health Network! As a Quality Assistant, you will interact with a variety of individuals including staff, clients and stakeholders. The Quality Assistant provides database and record-keeping support to ensure compliance with program contracts and the provision of high-quality care to all individuals served in the program. The Quality Assistant collects, reviews, analyzes and monitors data from a variety of sources. In addition, Quality Assistants are dependable and efficient as they perform quality assurance and administrative tasks such as running and managing reports, cross-referencing data from multiple sources and performing chart reviews and database system checks for changes and errors.

Requirements: | Quality Assistants in the Integrated Care program at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized (required).
A working knowledge of program contract requirements (required).
Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems, internet, Microsoft Office Suite and email systems.
One year of customer service experience.
One year of healthcare/insurance and data management experience.
