The Residential Site Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the program including, submitting reports, directing staff, training, scheduling, etc. This is a hands-on supervisory position in which this Program Manager will supervise the Direct Support Professionals as well as, actively provide direct or indirect care to ensure the attainment of service plans within Pathlight, external agencies and assigned program's policies, regulations and procedures. (Plus flexibility depending on program needs and on call rotation) Summary of Position for Manager III: Responsible for the management/coordination of on-going operations for assigned program(s) or area(s) through supports for individuals/families with a range of disabilities through direct or indirect care established to ensure the attainment of service plans within Pathlight, external agencies and assigned program's policies, regulations and procedures. Manager III is the next professional level position in line management with discretion as to the making of decisions regarding assigned program procedures within applicable policies. The position is typically given more responsibility for sites/individuals/families/care providers or program elements than level II and may effectively participate in the longer term planning relating to assigned program goals and objectives.
