Description:
The CES professional development seeks a full time Curriculum and Instruction Specialist Special Education Concentration. We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience designing and delivering professional development programs that adhere to the DESE standards for quality professional development. We seek an individual with at least 8 years of experience teaching special education. We seek an individual with expertise working with para-educators, and co-teaching. The preferred candidate will have experience with the state turnaround practices as well as experience with inclusive practices. This position requires an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, values collaboration and would enjoy working with a variety of school districts (urban, rural and suburban) It is crucial that this individual be a life long learner who is interested in constantly acquiring new skills to improve their professional practice.
