The HR Assistant at Behavioral Health Network will be involved in ensuring compliance of staff, as well as the recruitment of qualified candidates. The HR Assistant will be responsible for obtaining, processing, and submitting background checks including CORIs, State Agency BRCs, SORIs, and driving records. Additionally, the HR Assistant will also assist with recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, sending regret letters, conducting reference checks, new employee orientation, and maintaining the applicant database.

Requirements:
Our HR Assistant will meet the following qualifications:

High School diploma required.
Associate’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
2 years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
Specific HR experience strongly preferred.
Good working knowledge of office procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal with distractions, multi-task, and perform well under pressure.
