At this location there are multiple individuals with medical needs and intensive behavior challenges. With the behavior challenges this location receives support from clinical and behavior specialist. This position also has atypical schedule based on program needs. This is a 40 hour EXEMPT position that includes an on-call rotation and flexibility to meet program needs. Summary of Position for Manager III: Responsible for the management/coordination of on-going operations for assigned program(s) or area(s) through supports for individuals/families with a range of disabilities through direct or indirect care established to ensure the attainment of service plans within Pathlight, external agencies and assigned program's policies, regulations and procedures. Manager III is the next professional level position in line management with discretion as to the making of decisions regarding assigned program procedures within applicable policies.  The position is typically given more responsibility for sites/individuals/families/care providers or program elements than level II and may effectively participate in the longer term planning relating to assigned program goals and objectives.
