Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Driver for Connections and Unity Place programs at Behavioral Health Network! The Driver must safely operate a company vehicle while following all applicable driving laws including posted speed limits. Drivers coordinate all trips through the Office Manager and provide rides for individuals served to healthcare appointments or the next level of care. Drivers must be punctual for client’s appointment times. They maintain client confidentiality and immediately report incidences, accidents or concerns to the Office Manager. Drivers ensure that regular vehicle maintenance is completed, and they adhere to and maintain an “acceptable” driving record status as outlined in BHN’s Driving Policy. Connections, a 32-bed co-ed program will provide residential rehabilitation services as an alternative to incarceration to adults 18 years or older who are involved in the justice system and struggling with issues related to addiction. Unity Place, a 16-bed co-ed program, will provide residential rehabilitation services to individuals suffering from addiction and mental illness. Requirements: Drivers at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities: • Excellent attendance record. • Good driving record. • Good interpersonal skills. • Detail oriented and good organizational skills. • Ability to work in high demand and/or stressful environments from time to time (required). • Valid driver’s license (required). • At least 6 months driving experience with clean driving record (required). • At least 3 months experience working in an administrative environment (preferred). • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
