(HCHC) seeks a leader for a mission-driven non-profit devoted to providing medical, dental, behavioral health, eye care services, and community programs to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. The candidate will effectively coordinate and oversee all health center medical activities and is broadly responsible for patient safety. The new Medical Director provides quality, direct care to patients along with leadership to the medical department with respect to aligning the department activities with HCHC’s strategic vision of quality care. Helping ensure services can be carried out in conjunction with the organization’s strategic plan and mission. Must be a Massachusetts board-certified Physician or Nurse Practitioner, with a minimum of five years of post-certification practice experience. Must have appropriate management experience and/or training. Must be committed to community health. Must also have a strong commitment to the mission of the organization. Good interpersonal skills also necessary. Requirements:
