Pathlight is looking for a Registered Nurse Program Manager for a small group home in Hadley, MA. Summary of position: Responsible for the management/coordination of on-going operations for assigned program(s) or area(s) through supports for individuals/families with a range of disabilities through direct or indirect care established to ensure the attainment of service plans within Pathlight, external agencies and assigned program's policies, regulations and procedures. Nurse Program Manager is the next professional level position in line management with discretion and independent judgment in the making of decisions regarding assigned program procedures within applicable policies. The position is typically given more responsibility for sites/individuals/families/care providers or program elements than level II and may effectively participate in the longer term planning relating to assigned program goals and objectives. Reports to: Director of Nursing Hours: 40 hours, generally Monday thru Friday with flexibility based on programs needs and on-call rotation.
