Description:
Guidewire, Inc. is currently Looking for a CNA or LPN with strong a medical background to help facilitate and manage the needs of a group home to join a team of motivated and dedicated professionals. This home has men with Acquired brain injuries (ABI) and/or traumatic brain injuries (TBI) injuries. The home is located in a lovely country setting in Holyoke.
Good organizational skill and strong people skills are a must.

This is a full time, exempt, management position. Program Managers are responsible to ensure adherence to all ABI, MAP, funding agency, and state regulations. Qualified candidates will have the responsibility for ensuring that all supported individuals are receiving clinical and medical services. The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Responsibilities include supervising and training Direct Support staff, scheduling and administrative duties, program support, MAP compliance, on call crisis phone rotation, managing funds. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or 4 years management experience in human services or a related field preferred, experience working with individuals with disabilities in residential settings preferred, demonstrated written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, as a team and willingness to work cooperatively with others, familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, experience working for a non-profit organization preferred, and medical background is a plus. TB test and physical examination (provide documentation if you have completed either in the last two years.) is required. Guidewire, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
