Under the supervision of the Director of Residential with assistance from Advisors, Clinician, and Nurse, the Residential Assistant aids students in learning a wide variety of life skills so that they may continuously develop increased independence. Requirements: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS • Experience working with or a sensitivity to persons with disabilities • Valid driver's license and insured automobile • Certified in or able to maintain CPR, First Aid and State of Massachusetts Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification • Effective judgement and decision-making skills • Must be able to pass a CORI/Fingerprint background check MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Human Service or related field preferred.
