Join our team of competent and caring professionals as an Administrative Assistant in the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Program at Behavioral Health Network in Westfield, MA! Administrative Assistants work among BHN ACCS staff, the Department of Mental Health (DMH), the individuals we serve, their families/significant others, and other community health providers, providing support for the clinical activities at the ACCS office. They use their organizational skills and ability to prioritize work efficiently under minimal supervision. Administrative Assistants also learn the BHN electronic health record and the DMH service delivery reporting system.

The BHN ACCS program provides clinical services to adults with serious mental illness that live in the Westfield area. They have met criteria for enrollment in DMH services and have been referred to the ACCS program. The services are designed to meet the mental health needs of these individuals, enabling them to live, work, and participate in their community.

Requirements:
Administrative Assistants at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, word processing, and email systems.
A minimum of 6 months related office experience (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.
