Description:
Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Behavior Management Therapist (BCBA) in our In-Home Behavioral Services program at Behavioral Health Network!

Behavior Management Therapists provide high-quality clinical services and family consultation, conducting structured interviews with youth, family, and providers. Using techniques grounded in principles or Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavior Management Therapists create written functional behavior assessments and develop a specific, focused behavior intervention plan to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific identified behaviors.
Behavior Management Therapists provide services in client homes, healthcare clinics, schools, and other community settings, as needed. They model how to implement identified strategies for parents, caregivers, and other providers and work closely with Behavior Management Monitors in the behavior intervention plan, making adjustments as needed. Finally, they participated in Care Planning Team meetings for youth to support identified goals, maintain a direct service productivity of 70%, and receive qualified BCBA supervision.
