HIRING BONUS DETAILS

• All Full Time hired staff would be eligible for a $1,500 hiring bonus
• All Part Time hired staff would be eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus

Method of Distribution:
Full Time Eligible for up to $1,500:
$500 upon house opening
$500 after 30 days after house opens
$500 after 270 days after house opens

Part Time Eligible for up to $1,000
$500 upon house opening
$250 30 days after house opens
$250 270 days after hours opens

* If hired after house opens, dates of hire will be used for bonus payment schedule.
** Staff must be in good standing to receive bonus distribution.

ABI/MFP Direct Care is primarily responsible for providing various supports to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting. The DC assists individuals in all areas of daily living including personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and recreational activities. The DC works closely with individuals to help them to become as independent as possible and to meet their own personal goals. Also assists individuals to find and participate in community activities they enjoy while encouraging community membership as well as pursuing individual interests.
Requirements:
Min of 18 years of age. High School Diploma/GED or one year experience in a related field, must possess basic math (addition/subtraction) skills, ability to read & write, communicate effectively both verbally and written, ability to multi-task and exercise good judgement. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
