This exciting full-time temp-to-hire opportunity will have you working 4 days/week Monday – Thursday 7am-5pm with occasional overtime on Friday. This position offers $15-$18+/hour depending on experience and once hired on by the company you will be eligible for their excellent benefits package. Your responsibilities as the CNC Machine Operator: Operate CNC machine to produce parts Follow written and verbal instructions for machining and other duties Read and interpret drawings and GD&T callouts Inspect parts using micrometer, bore gage, calipers, and other instruments to ensure they meet specification Keep inspection records to maintain quality standards Work from routings, prints, sketches, and layout sheets Ability to multi task and manage shifting priorities Maintain safe work environment following safety procedures Other duties as directed Your skills/qualifications for the CNC Machine Operator position: High School Diploma/GED Understanding of how to measure parts, experience with inspection equipment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong math as well as written and verbal communication skills Understanding of engineering documentation including blue print reading and GD&T tolerances Experience with MRP (Epicor, SAP, Oracle) preferred Strong work ethic If you are a team player looking to join a growing company, like the idea of a 4 day workweek and have the required skills and experience we want to meet with you!
