RN Wellness Coach
Greenfield & Northampton
Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced, inspiring registered nurse with a passion for teaching and community health, to help motivate participants in our Northampton and Greenfield Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). You will be caring for people who have a combination of medical concerns, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders.

As our Wellness Coach, you will:
• develop a wellness curriculum and run healthy lifestyle groups for individuals in Hampshire and Franklin counties;
• evaluate and screen new clients;
• continue to monitor clients’ medical, mental health, and substance use-related conditions; and
• collaborate with other providers on the team and in the community to assure the fullest possible integration of care.

You’re licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts; have at least two years of experience working with people who have chronic mental health conditions and substance use disorders; are recognized as an excellent team player by those who’ve worked with you; communicate your expertise and compassion both in person and in writing; and are proficient with computers and electronic health record systems. And since your work will be taking you back and forth between Northampton and Greenfield, you also have a driver’s license and use of a vehicle.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
• generous time-off;
• comprehensive, low-deductible health and dental insurance;
• a 403(B) retirement plan, with employer matching;
• long-term disability, paid life insurance, tuition assistance, and several more benefit options.
