Description:
Snow and Sons Landscaping is a full-service landscape company committed to providing opportunities for personal growth, training, and development with great company benefits. Our staff consists of over 100 team members, both full and part-time, with some individuals having over 20 years with the company. We have happily served the Pioneer Valley for over 40 years. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that have a positive attitude, work well in teams, enjoy the outdoors and can work in a fast paced environment. We offer in-house training so previous landscaping experience isn’t necessary. Full and part-time positions are available and it’s preferred that candidates have the ability to work overtime as needed throughout the season. We have a smoke free environment and all candidates must be able to pass a drug screen.

Full-time positions will be eligible for full-benefits including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401k with employer match, Paid Holidays, Paid Personal Time, Annual Bonus, and a Free Membership at Northfield Golf Club. Pay rate is $14.00 - $20.00 per hour.
