About the Position: Position: Clubhouse Housing Specialist – Full Time *Fluency in Spanish required* Location: Westfield, MA Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm rotating evenings, weekends and holidays required Summary: Work with chronically homeless individuals with mental illness on transitioning to and maintaining permanent supported housing in the Westfield area. Provide ongoing supports and home visits in accordance with the Clubhouse model of mental health recovery. Advocate for and assist members in accessing benefits, entitlements, and community resources. Assist with individual recovery process through skill-building, employment and education support, health and wellness support, and collaboration toward goal development and achievement. Build rapport and regularly communicate with community stakeholders including contract managers, landlords, and mental health providers. Clubhouses are a SAMSHA evidence based model and all Viability Clubhouses are certified by Clubhouse International.
