**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days)**

About the Position:

Position: Clubhouse Housing Specialist – Full Time *Fluency in Spanish required*

Location: Westfield, MA

Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm rotating evenings, weekends and holidays required



Summary: Work with chronically homeless individuals with mental illness on transitioning to and maintaining permanent supported housing in the Westfield area. Provide ongoing supports and home visits in accordance with the Clubhouse model of mental health recovery. Advocate for and assist members in accessing benefits, entitlements, and community resources. Assist with individual recovery process through skill-building, employment and education support, health and wellness support, and collaboration toward goal development and achievement. Build rapport and regularly communicate with community stakeholders including contract managers, landlords, and mental health providers.

Qualifications:

High School/GED plus 3-years’ experience in mental health role OR associate’s degree with 1-year of experience in mental health role OR bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field
Experience working with people who are homeless and/or recovery
Fluency in Spanish required
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle
