Description:
Position: Director – Full Time
Location: Holyoke, MA – Odyssey House
Rate of Pay: $50,000 annually
Hours: 40 hours a week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm; holidays and weekends required on a rotating basis

Director Summary: Responsible for the daily operations of the Clubhouse. Requires the ability to lead a diverse team while overseeing staffing, utilization, funding requirements, regulations and accreditation, and implementation of state and agency policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related or lived experience, Master’s Degree is preferred. In some instances, a Master’s Degree may be required by a specific state contract. 10 years’ experience overseeing program operations, budgets, and supervising staff can be substituted for a degree.

Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet. Organizational skills, creative abilities, and excellent written and oral communication are a must. Exercises sound judgment in problem solving, prioritization and multitasking. Ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs. A broad range of interpersonal skills to work with program participants, community employers, funding sources, and other professionals. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle, and willingness to transport participants in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
