We are working to find an excellent candidate to add to our client's team. Your skill and attention to detail will be rewarded with competitive pay $18+/hr depending on experience. This opportunity is on 1st shift and will have you working 6am-2:3pm with overtime as needed. This position is temporary for 6 months but they will convert the successful candidate to a permanent position after the temporary period is completed. Once hired on, you will be eligible for their benefits package including medical/dental/life/disability insurance, 401k, and paid time off. Working as the Tool Maker, you will be responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to: Construct and assemble a variety of gages Perform tool room machine operations Maintain close tolerances Bench work Recognize and report blueprint errors Your Skills/Qualifications for the Tool Maker position: Skill and knowledge of gage making practices Good mechanical ability Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift and lift up to 25 pounds Some manufacturing and micrometer/dial indicator experience Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings Good hand/eye coordination Solid work history If you are interested in a great opportunity with a well-established company, apply today!
