Currently seeking Per Diem RNs/LPNs for the PCA & AFC programs to provide in-home assessments. Per Diem RNs get paid per completed evaluation and work as part of an interdisciplinary and cross functional team. Territories include Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire counties and the North Quabbin/Mount Wachusett area. Current MA RN/LPN license required. Driver’s license & reliable transportation. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, effective time management and computer proficiency.
