| Nutrition Program Assistant / Assessment Worker- Part Time 20 hrs per week LifePath is currently seeking a Part time Nutrition Program Assistant. The position provides Home Delivered Meals assessments in the Athol/Orange North Quabbin area. The nutrition program assistant supports the program director in assignments at the Home Delivered Meals kitchen, meals on wheels delivery, nutrition office, and area dining centers as required. The position is responsible for assessing eligibility of referrals for Home Delivered Meals and refer participants to other services as appropriate. Additional hours may be approved for assessment work as necessary. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent communication Computer Proficiency Ability to Work well independently & as part of a team Enjoy a versatile work environment & be flexible and adaptable to program needs. This is a 20 hour per week position, M-F 4 hrs per day. Use of personal vehicle required. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation required.
