Our client in the Athol MA area is looking to add an IT Help Desk associate to their team. Your work schedule for this position will be Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with a one hour lunch. Once hired on you will be eligible for their benefits package including medical/dental/life/disability insurance, 401k, and paid time off. This is your opportunity to be the go-to tech person!

Your Duties/Responsibilities as the IT Help Desk Associate:

Field requests and resolve computer/network issues on site and remotely
Password resets
Maintain supplies
Manage support programs and access
Maintain records

Your required Qualifications/Skills for the IT Help Desk position:

2+ recent relevant years of IT Help Desk experience
Pleasant customer service demeanor
Excellent computer skills (MicroSoft Office Suite)
Excellent attention to detail
Professional written and verbal skills

Organized and able to multitask while prioritizing daily duties
