Flexible Hours

We have openings for independently licensed, experienced outpatient clinicians to provide care to clients throughout western Massachusetts. These fee-for-service positions present the opportunity to design your schedule around the rest of your life, while benefitting from the collegial and technical support of a progressive community mental health team. During the COVID-19 crisis, all therapy is being provided via telehealth, so you would be working from your own home or office until our clinics reopen.

As a clinician associated with one or more of our clinics, you will:
• Work with individuals and families
• Provide high quality treatment designed around each person's needs
• Have options to facilitate groups, serve on consultation teams, and explore other opportunities for advancement (all continuing to be offered via teleconference during this time of social distancing)
• Be able to earn free CEUs through the trainings we offer

You will work with a population as diverse as the communities we serve, including individuals from our residential and outreach programs. With a keen understanding of trauma-informed therapy, you are equally familiar with cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and other evidence-based treatments. You also are comfortable finding your way around an electronic health record and using this information to help inform your practice.

We pay a base rate of $38/hr. plus incentives for evenings, weekends, groups, and working with families and children.
