Salary Range: Location: 15 Per Hour FLORENCE MA Job Type: Category: Full Time Human Services Education Level: Work Experience: High School or Equivalent Preference: Required 3+ Preference: Required Skills/Certifications/Licences: Driver's License - Preference: Required Description: Position: Clubhouse Van Driver Full-Time Location: Florence, MA Rate of Pay: $15 per hour Hours: 35 hours per week Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm; Tuesday & Thursday (split shifts) 6:30am-9am and 2:45pm-5:00pm **$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)** Summary: Work side-by-side with members with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit, assisting members in building their skills, including vocational and social, while assuming responsibility for completion of documentation according to agency policy, procedures, and standards. Manage and co-manage transitional employment sites, learning the job, providing absence coverage, advertising, and choosing members for openings. Advocate for and assist members in accessing benefits, entitlements, and community resources. Also responsible for providing van transportation for members to assist them in getting to work and community activities. Responsible for ensuring vehicle is safe and in operational condition, required paperwork is completed, and performing various other duties. Qualifications: High School/GED required. Must be at least 21 years old with experience transporting passengers or delivery work preferred. Requirements: Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and a good driving record. Pre-employment DOT Physical, drug screening, criminal background and driver history record required. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
