Description:
**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days)**

Position: Employment & Training Support Professional 1–Full Time (Fluency in ASL required)
Location: West Springfield, MA
Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour (with additional $40 biweekly stipend for second language)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am-3:00pm

Summary: Provides orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities, working alongside individuals with disabilities in a worksite or community-based employer. S/he implements employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assures job is performed to specifications. Must be fluent in ASL.

Qualifications: High School/GED or Hi-SET plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
Requirements:
Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email and internet essential. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, use of a vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices and community organizations.
