S/he implements employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assures job is performed to specifications. *Factory and/or Forklift experience required.* Qualifications: High School/GED or Hi-SET plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
