Description:
Position: Clubhouse Program Supervisor 1 – Full Time
Location: Holyoke, MA – Odyssey House
Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00; occasional evenings, weekends & holidays on a rotating basis.

Summary: The Clubhouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the program and working directly with and alongside adults with mental health conditions assisting them in setting and achieving goals towards greater independence. Provide task-focused supervision for program staff and if required, supervise unit coordinators and drivers based on program needs. Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations to Clubhouse Program Manager. Serve as manager in the absence of the Program Manager. *Fluency in Spanish preferred. *Ideal candidate will have prior knowledge/experience with the Holyoke community

Qualifications: Master’s degree with 3 years related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with five years related experience OR Associate’s degree with seven years related experience OR High School degree with ten years related experience with one year experience in a supervisory role and demonstrated completion of an approved supervisory training program. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Requirements:
Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver high level of customer service/satisfaction with both internal and external customers. Prior experience with the clubhouse model preferred. Demonstrate respect for the rights and abilities of people with disabilities. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration, and willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
