No nights and no weekends! Flexible scheduling and remote work options. LifePath provides support services to elders and people with disabilities. Currently seeking a part time RN for the Adult Family Care program to provide in-home screening, nursing oversight, and care planning for members. AFC RNs work as part of an interdisciplinary and cross functional team. Working with families primarily in Hampden and Hampshire counties. Current MA RN license required. M-F 35 hours a week with potential for full-time as the program grows. Driver’s license & reliable transportation. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, effective time management and computer proficiency.
