The ABI/MFP House Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of a group home for adults with acquired brain injuries. Responsible for training and supervising staff members. Ensure that the home is safe, clean and comfortable at all times. Provide supports to individuals to help them live as independently as possible, maintain optimal health and are given sufficient opportunities to engage in their desired activities and interests at home and in the community.

Hiring Bonus: All Full-Time staff hired would be eligible for a $1,500 hiring bonus
Method of Distribution**: (to be paid the subsequent payroll of the defined measurement periods)
Full Time:
• $500 upon successful 90-day evaluation from date of hire
• $1,000 upon successful 1year evaluation from date of hire
** Staff must be in good standing to receive bonus distribution and actively working.
Must be hired by 10/31/2021 to be eligible. Management reserves the right to end or extend program based on funding and needs of the program(s) at any time.
Requirements:
Min of 18 years of age. High School Diploma/GED and minimally 2 years’ experience working with individuals with development disabilities. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license.
