Description: | Position: Temporary Recruiter
Location: Westfield, MA
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm; some evenings and weekends required
Summary: The Temporary Recruiter owns Viability’s full cycle recruiting across all functions organization wide. The Temporary Recruiter develops and implements strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent for multiple business locations to support current and forecasted organizational talent management strategies. The Temporary Recruiter attracts new and energized talent into the organization and promotes career opportunities internally and externally while modeling Viability’s core values and mission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative, proactive, and responsive sourcing strategies to attract diverse and quality candidates; pursue passive candidates using available methods; and ensure internal promotion and development are considered prior to external search.
Build and maintain a quality candidate sourcing pipeline for key positions and proactive growth.
Partner with hiring managers, business leaders and HR to understand, evaluate and clarify business and staffing needs, both current and future. Build confidence and credibility with hiring managers.
Manage the recruiting process: securing approvals for requisitions; developing recruitment strategy with hiring managers; creating and posting jobs; sourcing internal and external candidates; screening candidates, managing the applicant pool through applicant tracking system (ATS); scheduling interviews (which could include making travel arrangements).
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred accompanied with recruitment experience

Requirements: | Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essentials. Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle.
