Salary Range: Location: 15 Per Hour WESTFIELD MA Job Type: Category: Part Time Driving/Delivery/Transportation Education Level: Work Experience: High School or Equivalent Preference: Required Up to One Year Preference: Required Skills/Certifications/Licences: Description: Position: Clubhouse Van Driver Part-Time Location: Westfield, MA – Forum House Rate of Pay: $15 per hour Hours: 25 hours per week Schedule: Split shift; Monday - Friday: 7:30am-10:00am and 12:00pm-2:30pm; subject to change as transportation regulations change Summary: Work side-by-side with members with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit, assisting members in building their skills, including vocational and social, while assuming responsibility for completion of documentation according to agency policy, procedures, and standards. Manage and co-manage transitional employment sites, learning the job, providing absence coverage, advertising, and choosing members for openings. Advocate for and assist members in accessing benefits, entitlements, and community resources. Also responsible for providing van transportation for members to assist them in getting to work and community activities. Responsible for ensuring vehicle is safe and in operational condition, required paperwork is completed, and performing various other duties. Clubhouses are a SAMSHA evidence based model and all Viability Clubhouses are certified by Clubhouse International. Must be at least 21 years old with experience transporting passengers or delivery work preferred.
