Must be skilled and experienced in all aspects of diagnosis and repair of a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, tractors, golf carts, mowers, and other large and medium size power equipment and vehicles. Specific duties include assigning, instructing and approving the work of all departmental mechanics, maintaining all university vehicles/equipment, recommending/purchasing replacement vehicles and equipment, overseeing the field portion of the university’s snow removal process and the hiring, training, supervising and evaluating of departmental employees.
