About the Position: Position: Clubhouse Support Professional 1 – Full Time Location: Springfield MA Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm; rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays required Summary: Work side-by-side with members with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit, assisting members in building their skills, including vocational and social, while assuming responsibility for completion of documentation according to agency policy, procedures, and standards. Manage and co-manage transitional employment sites, learning the job, providing absence coverage, advertising, and choosing members for openings. Advocate for and assist members in accessing benefits, entitlements, and community resources. This position will be located in our Business or Career Development Unit and will require competency in Microsoft Office programs, filing, and data entry. We are willing to train the right person to become an integral part of this team.
