Implement behavior plans, programs, assessments and analysis of data ensuring a high degree of reliability between the written plan and the observed behavior of staff working with individuals. Provide supportive services to assist and train staff in implementing plans for working with individuals with developmental disorders. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to Program Manager QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Human Services, direct care supports, basic routine health care, basic teaching instruction, individuals with developmental disabilities. Equivalent to high school diploma plus specialized training/courses. Valid driver's license required.
