Position: Clubhouse Support Professional 1 – Full Time

Location: Westfield, MA – Forum House

Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm; rotating evenings, weekends and holidays required



Summary: Work side-by-side with members with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit, assisting members in building their skills, including vocational and social, while assuming responsibility for completion of documentation according to agency policy, procedures, and standards. Manage and co-manage transitional employment sites, learning the job, providing absence coverage, advertising, and choosing members for openings. Advocate for and assist members in accessing benefits, entitlements, and community resources. This position will be located in our Business or Career Development Unit and will require competency in Microsoft Office programs, filing, and data entry. We are willing to train the right person to become an integral part of this team.

Qualifications: High School/GED or HiSET with at least 1 year human service experience required.



Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email and internet essential. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, use of a vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices and community organizations.
