Role Description
If you like helping solve problems and have a knack for thinking creatively, then you should definitely apply to join our team as an Installation Technician.

Passion for people, comfort in a varied work environment, patience, and sense of calm among competing priorities are key attributes of your personality. Mechanical aptitude and an engineering mindset help you see things differently and allow you to solve problems in new and innovative ways.

Working at clients’ sites, our Installation Technicians work at the direction of client lead to install and configure the physical components of next generation networks. They work in the ceilings, floors, and walls to run thread the digital pipes upon which our clients depend.
Qualifications, Strengths, Skills and Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Foundational knowledge in telecommunications and fiber optic networks
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Works independently demonstrates initiative when presented with complex problems
• Ability to work well in a team-based, fast paced/multitasking environment.
• Tracks and maintains current records of all work, including future planning
• Respond knowledgeably & in a manner understandable to the customer with regards to questions or technical issues.
• Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service.
• Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is also required
