Work in a team-based system, with other physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, speech-language pathologists, and nurses. Provide service coordination, assessment and treatment services that are family-centered and community-based This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, and will work throughout Hampshire / Franklin County. Vacancy Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Total 40hrs *schedule can be flexible; i.e. 830am-430pm.
